NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING
1. The Government of Puntland State plans to purchase under this contract two (02) Hardtop Vehicles for the the Somali Water for Agro-Pastoralist Livelihoods Pilot project implemented by the The Ministry of Environment, Wildlife & Tourism.
2. The Ministry of Environment, Wildlife & Tourism through its Project Coordination Unit (PCU) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following items to be delivered to the Ministry of Environment, Wildlife & Tourism, Garowe, Puntland within four (04) weeks after contract signing:

3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding(NCB) procedures and is open to all eligible bidders in Puntland.
4. Interested eligible bidders shall obtain Request for Quotations (RFQ)from Project Coordination Unit and/or download the bidding documents from the Ministry of Environment Website: http://www.moewtpl.com
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 24th February2016 at 10.00am local time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened on 24th February, 2016 at 11.00am in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below.
7. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration
